Application
Functions For Medium-Duty Live Centers:
The medium-duty live center is a rotary support tool mounted on the tailstock of a lathe. It uses precision bearings to rotate with the workpiece, reducing friction and ensuring stable support during machining.
Usage For Medium-Duty Live Centers:
● Clean the Morse taper shank and tailstock socket before installation.
● Insert the live center into the tailstock and lock it securely.
● Adjust the tailstock position to make the center point contact the workpiece properly.
● Start the lathe and ensure smooth rotation without abnormal noise or vibration.
● After use, remove and wipe the live center, then store it in a dry place.

● Do not exceed the rated speed or load capacity.
● Avoid collision or impact on the center point.
